While all the subdivision engineering has been bought and paid for, you don’t NEED to subdivide it! Just build a house in the middle of it, on the river, and enjoy the seclusion! The closest neighbor will be nearly 1/2 mile away, so it will be quiet!

If you want to come to beautiful Idaho for a tour of the property, you’ll fly into Boise (BOI). We will pick you up and give you the tour. If you want to stay for a couple of days and sight see, we can provide transportation and recommend some nice lodging. Boise is Idaho’s capital, so lots of history here. If you come before the end of March, bring your snow skiis and fly rod. We can connect you to some excellent skiing and fly fishing! Bogus Basin is the local ski resort, 16 miles from downtown Boise. 2 hours north we have Tamarack and Brundage Mountain. Soldier Mountain, Anthony Lakes, Pomerelle, and world famous Sun Valley, are all about 3 hours from Boise. In the summer time, we also have the longest stretch of Class V water in the United States, on the Payette River. Idaho is an outdoor recreation paradise! Aside from the GOOD stuff, we don’t have earthquakes, floods, hurricanes, tornadoes, or humidity and very few ticks! I have never heard of anybody moving TO Idaho, then saying they had to move back to where they came from.
